Plexi Flexor Privacy Policy — v1.0
1. Scope. This Privacy Policy describes information handled by PLEXL LLC when you use the Plexi Flexor portal, licensing and device-authorization services, and Plexi Flexor software. It does not replace the privacy notices for other Plexi products, websites, or services.
2. Information we handle. We handle the account and organization information needed to sign in and administer access; license, entitlement, invitation, and acceptance records; device identifiers and seat-activation details used to authorize an installation; and the IP address and browser information recorded with an acceptance receipt.
3. Operational and usage telemetry. Plexi Flexor may send sanitized operational information needed to run, secure, support, and improve the service. Usage telemetry follows your tier's available controls. Operational telemetry is required to operate the licensed service; usage telemetry may be on by default or disabled by default according to your tier and organization settings.
4. Content telemetry is opt-in. Prompts, completions, vault snippets, and other content telemetry are not sent unless you make the separate content-telemetry choice for the applicable session. Plexi Flexor rejects content telemetry without that consent.
5. Your choices. Where Plexi Flexor offers a telemetry choice, you can review and change it in the product controls available to your tier. Organization administrators may manage organization-level telemetry settings. Turning off an optional category does not undo information already processed before the change.
6. Why we use information. We use this information to provide the product, authorize devices and seats, maintain security and reliability, respond to support requests, investigate misuse, and understand service operation. We do not use content telemetry unless you have made the separate opt-in described above.
7. Retention and requests. This version states no fixed retention period because the production retention configuration has not yet been independently verified. You may send privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests to support@plexl.ai. We will evaluate requests against applicable law, security requirements, and records we must retain.
8. Changes. We publish each versioned Privacy Policy at a stable URL. If a later version requires a new acceptance, Plexi Flexor will show that requirement before protected portal access or a new installation can continue.
